User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI lease a house from this company. I have lived here for about ayear now and Hansen property management has been excellent. I have never had a problem getting repairs anytime day or night. They even worked with me when I had a hard time once.
I would reccomend this company to anybody looking for a great landlord.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI lease the house which this company is a properties management. My house got burglary. Theft broke glass sliding door. We need immediately assistant on fixing on glass sliding door. Wait more than a week. N Keep calling 2-3 times a day but nobody return any call. Did not come to visit property at all. Been frustrated with them. Other than lost all my belonging, and then need to face this issue. Can not get any help from this company.

I attempted to get information about this company so that I could use them. After making sevral phone calls, I finally got someone to come out to look at the house. He promised me that he would call me back with a quote. That's been 2 months ago. I still haven't heard from him.
Hansen seems very "selective" on who he decides to treat right.
