I did a bad review before due to a rude staff member, but I have to recognize that I acted on an impulse and not because a staff member is rude everyone is, the rest of the staff is wonderful and after seeing how Dr Sahai has been kind with my puppy and his personnel has treated my boxer in a kind and compassionate manner I have to admit I was wrong, I took my boxer for a ear and tail clipping and saw how Dr Sahai tried to make my puppie's ears stand nicely , recently, my boxer got lost and after looking all over unsuccessfully I got a call from Dr Sahai's office telling me that someone had taken a puppy just like mine to their hospital, it was my puppy, The lady who found my puppy took him to Dr Sahai to check if my puppy had a microchip implanted to find the owner, my puppy did not have the chip, after finding him Dr Sahai implanted a microchip to my boxer at no charge and asked me to continue trying to make my puppie's ear stand straighter, his commitment to customer's satisfaction impressed me and his affordability and kindness to pets is impressive, I will continue taking my puppy to them. I urge people to please implant the microchip in their pets so you do not experience what I went through when my boxer got lost, if you live in the anaheim area pay a visit to Dr sahai, you will be happy you did.

Recently, my friend Dave and I rescued a stray cat with a broken leg. She is still under treatment and due to get her stitches out in a few days. Dr. Sahai along with the rest of the staff at Cottage Pet Hospital have been friendly, kind, competent, patient when we ask questions, and they seem to adore the cat during checkup time. Dave has been a real trooper taking care of the cat while she heals, and has followed the excellent and concise directions given to him by Dr. Sahai. It's a great place, and I cannot recommend it enough.

Dr. Sahai is a very competent and skilled doctor. I believe the hospital is caring as they provide some alternative credit card plans that allowd my pet to get treatment and ultimately saved his life. I have taken my three dogs there as well as my sisters dog there. My pet Boxer lived because of Dr. Sahai whenhe had Parvo, and Dr. put my pet with cancer to sleep very painlessly. I understand the complaint first reader had, but after complaining, have had productive relationship with that staff. I would rate
A for service and competence.
